The Tipping Point Episode 8: The Elements of the Unstoppable 2020 Candidate
The Democratic party has a particular knack for bungling elections, some might even go so far as to say it’s their specialty. Before the election season heats up and people start getting attached to a candidates persona and the siren call of campaign spin doctors, the team takes a step back to discuss the elemental attributes of what makes a candidate well positioned to win in the general. The thinking is, if we lay out a rubric based in substantially objective factors, that then can get applied to each contender, we may be able to avoid some past mistakes and find common ground before the ultra-subjectivity sets in.
